The Penguin Proclaimation: Rebel Address

Hello members of the entire Club Penguin Army Community, some of you hopefully remember me as Lordcody56. For those of you who don’t remember or just weren’t around in my time, I have been retired from the armies for a little over a year. I left behind my a career with ranks behind it such as leader of the Black Bandits, leader of Fort Ghost Recon, Elites leader, 3G Elites founder, and even more positions in the higher class ranks in armies like RPF and even the WW. I’ve been in just about every war that you can imagine since my start and I have befriended many of you along the way. Now over the course of a year, all I have been doing is thinking. Evaluating my life up to this point and yes even thinking about my career in the armies which took up a couple of years. Then just a few short months after the deal was done and I was no longer a member of this so called community, I looked upon the true reason that I retired. I retired just like many of the other people left, because they got simply tired of the way things were and how the armies used to be. At one point I thought what most of you think, that the armies were much better when they started and it will be extremely hard if not impossible to restore them to the way that they were. I guess that’s just how things will be, there are just somethings that in this world are not able to change. But then other ideas filled my head and led me to speaking to all of you here today.

I never thought that I would come back from retirement because there was no need for it. I developed a plan though, a plan that is based off of the theories of all those who tried and tried to get things back to how they used to be but now I am sure it is different. You see as Club Penguin went to the Disney company and shifted from the PG Parental Guidance rating all the way down to the G Guidance way, the armies we knew and loved shifted with it. Which leads to where we are today, the dead remains of a once great place to be apart of. The legacy of a great thing, now in shreds due to some wimpy company that can call themselves home of the Dumbo and Bambi products. Sure, they slapped a pair of mouse ears on a penguin and called it a ‘Club’ but we went along with it. We complained, but overall went along with it which was our main downfall.

New armies today, they are based off of the new age Nachos and new age Army of Club Penguin, which is in all honesty all that they know. They learn from their mottos to create their own army motto either identical or similar to an expression you would see on an Earth Day poster. Now as cool and creative it is to save our Earth for once a year, we need to talk business. We shouldn’t be based off of these new aged armies,quite frankly, we shouldn’t be based off of any army in the past year. New armies and every army should follow the way of the old Underground Mafia Army and old Army of Club Penguin. Guys who truly knew the purpose of this game. They were the guys who revolutionized our game, and we completely took it apart and threw it to the ground.

Take a look at the army websites you see today. They are nice and attractive, they lure people into joining them and that is definitely a good thing and something that we have actually learned in the growth of the business. You will also find one page that is on everyone, an Allies/Enemies page. Now what are you going to find on here? If you follow what the page is called you should see obviously the allies and enemies of that army you are watching. Unfortunately, you should hang your head in shame in sight that there are no enemies of these armies. That’s because we simply don’t understand the system of friends and enemies, we only understand that we should be friends with everyone and live in an artic world of peace and harmony because that’s what it says in the rules and guidelines of Guidance Club Penguin. But that doesn’t fit the definition of an actual army. To have an army, you need to have something worth fighting for. And let’s be very honest here and say that there shouldn’t even need to be practice battles. Because that is just an excuse for an actual war because we can’t find enemies anymore. We can only find our little penguin buddies. Sure sounds like our world has turned into a buddy list on Club Penguin, doesn’t it?

Not only don’t we understand that but we also can’t seem to grip the concept of having a heel and a face. Look at the movies people, in your romance, your childrens, your horror, you action, any type of movie genre you have the good guy and the bad guy. This is why we need to base ourselves off of those old armies so much, we need to remember what it’s like to play the good guy, bad guy routine. The UMA back in that day, they were those kind of guys that were the people who made this place. Pink Mafias was a legendary figure who wasn’t afraid to play the ‘bad guy’ in the armies and for that, we should all honor him. The ACP of course played their part just like nearly every army does today, and fought the evil. But don’t think you haven’t changed ACP, because I can tell you that you have. There is no big bad threat you anymore like the UMA, it’s only made the place even more boring. Ladies and gentlemen, to play this kind of game, you need to tell a story. Whatever happened to telling a story? I see that a lot of you like to make your own novels and post them on your websites, so why don’t we act like those before us and those in Hollywood and truly tell a story. Let’s remake those dark sides and good sides and restart these armies the way they should be.

Today, I had a discussion with Coff whenever I came on chat because over the past couple of days I have came on the chats where I am listed as a Hall of Famer just to see how things have been. I kept this plan that I have been brewing since I retired inside of me and just didn’t mention it. Then when he PCed me, things changed. We talked business folks, we talked how the place should be and what we miss. Then before my very eyes and his, my plan came out in full detail just like I am telling you right now. I told him about the old armies and he told me about them as well, and it all started off with the Black Bandits coming into play. Bandit – a term that I guess everyone has forgot how to define. Being a Black Bandit isn’t about democracy or anything like that, it’s about what Snowy aka Klimster and even I had thought about ever since its start. They go to the Pizza Parlor in the Plaza and rob it just to piss people off and they challenge the armies that they know they can’t beat and gain publicity off of knowing it’s the right thing to do while doing what the people say is wrong. It’s about being an outlaw; a rebel. You’re all attracted to Rebels and Outlaws, you show it every day. The RUMA and RPF are examples of that. They are popular and you want to be apart of it and yet at the same time, you shun the thought of it. Embrace it and make it so that we do that every single day of our lives.

Then it came out, what I like to call Operation: Trust Fall. It is the movement behind all my planning, all the hours of work, it is the combination of armies liker the Black Bandits and armies who want to make a difference together as one against all those who don’t. And it is also the start of a corporation I also have designed which is simply the Rebel Club Penguin Army Central. RCPA Central is the board of directors behind this change of armies back to what they should be. It is the innovators and geniuses behind a better tomorrow in the armies. I told Coff that what it is, is a table of willing and determined men/women who share the same beliefs as I do. Because there will always be a table behind the head chair, and this will be the brain behind the whole operation. The next step is that we reform and revive the Tundra Union,  a once great union of armies together in a great server. A server that witnessed the Tundra Wars, Color Wars, and the Tundra Blood Wars. Armies like RPF, WW, and BB have been there forever, and then when we changed. It all went to hell, it’s like looking at a silhouette of the real thing, it’s just not the same. We would make the brand new Tundra Allegiance. The union under the control of a group of approved armies who would share meetings and hold different events there while also working as the capital of those armies and the capital of the RCPA Central. It’s not just genius, it’s the future of these dead armies. It is the first ground that the armies will walk upon once they dig themselves out of this grave they have been put in. After that, there is only one way to go, and that is up. After we assemble all of the armies together and make sure the Tundra Allegiance is set up as well as the RCPA Central, we gather together and wage war against all of those who don’t agree with us.

World Wars, that definition has changed as well ever since the old days. Wars that could go on for months and months now just go on for two or three day and are placed surely for pure fun. It almost makes me sick to my stomach just to think of that, but all of that is going to change. Imagine the intensity of a World War, the biggest one that Club Penguin has ever seen. We cover up servers and servers at a time, we take over the entire Club Penguin nation with war, every army vs. every army. Heel vs. face, bad guy vs. good guy, the way things should be today. Servers change hands every single day and the game thrives as it is reborn to a new life. Sounds damn good to me, wouldn’t you agree?

With that my friends I end this post with one final thing before you make your own decision. I discussed my plan with Supperz, the leader of the Elites and a pretty good friend just to run it over him. He didn’t go for it of course though and I didn’t expect him to, but really I think the points he made only work in the favor of points for me and my cause and the new Club Penguin which I hope to pave the way for. One thing that he told me that stuck out was just that thousands of people have tried to change it from the way things are today and every single one of them has failed. My only response is this, thousands have tried, but thousands have never tried together. My plan is not just one man or one army trying to make a statement. If done correctly, it is every man who thinks this way. It is every single one of those thousands of people joining together to make everything better. He told me CP armies were dead and I told him one final thing before he left.

Consider this… the revival.
